that supports people with mood disorders and their loved ones.

Discovery 2000 is a year-round program that provides low-cost social events each month for people with mood disorders. All are welcome to participate, however, only MDO members with paid memberships are subsidized. Please bring your membership card or complete a membership form and bring the fee payment to the event.
Join us for some fun trivia on a variety of topics! Snacks and refreshments are provided and we would love for you to bring a friend. No registration is required.
Hosted at: 311 McArthur Avenue (CMHA Building)
A great buffet dinner at Tuckers Marketplace in the Byward Market. Subsidized for paid members at $5, this is a great event to connect with people and enjoy some delicious food. Please note: there is limited space available with space for a maximum of 40 participants
Get a $15.00 movie card for $3.00. Paid MDO members only- first come first served. Use at any Cineplex theatre for admission or concession; cards do not expire. Distribution is held monthly; however MDO members are limited to one pass every 2 months (6 per year). Members are not allowed to make up for a movie card distribution night if they missed it. Limit of 30 cards available per month.
Pick up at: 6:00PM-6:45PM. On the 1st Tuesday of every month. From the World Exchange Plaza 2nd Floor, between Subway and Booster Juice
