de-stress and connect with the
healing power of nature. You will be
on the Chipmunk Trail in the NCC
Greenbelt.

Social distancing measures will be in place, and the group will be limited to 6 participants, so please give careful thought to whether you will enjoy this group before registering. When the program is full, registration will remain open incase participants leave the program and their spots can be filled.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING:
You must be able to:
- walk 2 kms on flat ground
- be comfortable out in nature for 2 hours
- drive or get a drive to Hunt Club and Moodie Drive (there is no bus service)
- be disciplined around maintaining physical distance to ensure everyone’s protection
